Register now: The Battle Nation 2014 – Hip Hop Competition
A new hip hop competition is coming to town. Banda Aceh-based event promoter Kon Gura Gura will organise “The Battle Nation 2014” on 1 March 2014, and will take place at GOR KONI, Jalan H Dimurthala Banda Aceh, from 10 AM to 11 PM.
A series of hip hop elements will be competed which emphasise Beatboxing, MCing, and Breaking, and judged by a panel of bonafide juries consists of Hermi Lempia (Banda Aceh), Zero Havoc GBC (Malaysia), Black Dre Jabreak (Jakarta), and Jouzzy (Banda Aceh).
The registration are opened for these categories:
- 3 on 3 Bboy Battle (registration fee IDR 150K)
- 7 to Smoke Bboy Battle (free, selected from Cypher)
- Rap Competition (registration fee IDR 100K)
- Beatbox Competition (solo/group, registration fee IDR 100K)
- Dance Competition (Acehnese traditional and modern dance, registration fee IDR 150K)
The Battle Nation will be guided by two well-known MCs AQ Flow and Lil Nigga from 165/HNS, and will feature Jeri APP MC and DJ Danger Dope from Banda Aceh.
